You may qualify for free accommodations in our comfortable guest apartment when you travel to Dallas to purchase your next home. How?
1. You must be pre-approved for a home loan not less than $200,000 with a qualified lender or mortgage company. (If you don't have a lender, please see the mortgage company links in my Preferred Providers list.)
2. You must enter into a written Buyer Representation Agreement with a member of the Melinda Knecht real estate team. For more information about buyer representation, see the Information About Brokerage Services.
3. Your anticipated closing date must be within 90 days of your home-buying trip.
